Vision Together 2025 stakeholders have created seven Priority Goals to help position Johnstown as a 21st century city. The Priority Goals address fundamental improvements to Johnstown’s quality of life and our future. The Priority Goals are a living document and will adapt overtime. Each Priority Goal has a leader who coordinates with various stakeholders to achieve results.
